Well another year has gone by, cannot believe it’s 22 years since we lost you. The memories of that day are so incredibly vivid & raw it feels like it was last week. Despite the many years, it really doesn’t get any easier, Sarah said yesterday that time takes you further away from the date but not the emotions & that’s very true. You’d continue to be so very proud of Elis. He had an ICD implanted on your birthday last year so hopefully we can keep him safe. He & Jasmine are buying their first home together & he starts his new job with South Wales Police on February 11th. I wish you had had the chance to see him growing into the young man he is today & shared & celebrated his achievements, but I know you’re watching over him & know all of this.
